Five Christmas Songs that will Help You Worship and Focus on the Savior this Season

With all the craziness and scurrying about that seems to come along with every Christmas Season, we can easily lose our focus. We forget what we are actually celebrating–God breaking His silence and keeping His promise to send His Own Son as Savior to a lost and broken world. What a gift!

If you find yourself losing your focus this season, take time to re-calibrate! Spend time praying and reading your Bible, especially Scripture that focuses on Jesus coming to Earth in the flesh. But, music can also help refocus our attention where it ought to be. Here are five songs that do that for me in seconds! I hope they bless you richly!

O Holy Night by Josh Groban

Both the images and the music are so beautiful in this video, it easily leads to a spirit of worship and praise to God for crafting such a miraculous event! O Holy Night by Josh Groban with Scenes from the movie, The Nativity Story

When Love Was Born by Mark Schulz

One of my favorite Christian artists, Mark Schultz wrote this beautiful song and it is a thought provoking reminder to us to focus on the King of Kings this season. When Love Was Born by Mark Schultz
