A lesson about the Armor of God. You can use this on its own, or as the third lesson in the GEPC (Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians and Colossians) Series.
Every once in a while, we like to shake things up for the kids (and the teachers) and have a special lesson like this. We set up different stations with different activities in different rooms. We usually have one teacher perform “hall monitor” duties, watching the hall during the “passing time” and letting the teachers know when it’s time to switch. Then, we either let the teachers take their groups around to the different stations at certain pre-assigned times or we divide the kids up randomly into groups just for that day and have two or three teachers at each station. Everyone enjoys the break from the norm and it makes it a bit more exciting for the kids and a bit less work for the teachers, without compromising the quality of what we’re teaching, which is nice.
Here are the lessons and two printables for two of the activities. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the PDF file, which you can then print or download.
